Contract Farming
We partner with large-scale farmers (50+ acres) to grow grain (sorghum, maize, and sunflower) and thereafter offtake produce.
Aggregation, Processing, Sale and Export
We off-take sorghum, maize, sunflower, soybean, malted barley, chia, and sesame grains from farmers in our network, conduct primary processing, and sell locally as well as export to nearby countries such as Rwanda and Burundi.
Manufacture of Speciality Fertilizer
We manufacture fertilizers for a wide variety of crops at our factory of 140MT per day capacity based in Egypt.
Development of agro technologies
We developed Agro Tracker, a proprietary digital solution designed with unique capabilities such as remote monitoring of farming activities, digital payments, procurement management as well as weather forecasting in agricultural value chains.
Agro Dynamics Limited
Agro Dynamics Limited is an agro-sourcing, processing and input supply company headquartered in Kampala with operations in Northern, Eastern, Central, and Western Uganda. It was founded by Henry Collins Kaliisa and Caroline Kamukama in 2009 with the intent of tapping into the opportunity of out-growing and also supplying white sorghum grain to Uganda Breweries Limited (a subsidiary of the Diageo group) in the country.
Agro Dynamics Limited has since gone on to expand its operations to include trade and supply of other agro-inputs such as seed, assorted fertilizers, both agro and industrial chemicals, contract farming, produce aggregation and processing, and lately manufacture of specialty fertilizers as well as developing agro technologies.
