Agro Dynamics Limited is an agro-sourcing, processing and input supply company headquartered in Kampala with operations in Northern, Eastern, Central, and Western Uganda. It was founded by Henry Collins Kaliisa and Caroline Kamukama in 2009 with the intent of tapping into the opportunity of out-growing and also supplying white sorghum grain to Uganda Breweries Limited (a subsidiary of the Diageo group) in the country.
Agro Dynamics Limited has since gone on to expand its operations to include trade and supply of other agro-inputs such as seed, assorted fertilizers, both agro and industrial chemicals, contract farming, produce aggregation and processing, and lately manufacture of specialty fertilizers as well as developing agro technologies.

Following its foundation in 2009, Agro Dynamics Limited was fully incorporated as a limited liability company in 2011. It initially started out as a company aspiring to be a leading supplier of white sorghum to Uganda Breweries Limited which was piloted in Masaka district, this did not register much success due to poor quality of the available seed varieties to as well as uniformed grain size. This prompted a decision to undertake a research study on improved sorghum seeds and the leading suppliers for the same in the world. It is through this effort that we procured and also commenced trials with a hybrid seed variety “Temani-16H” from from S&W Seed Company, a leading supplier of sorghum seed based in the United States of America & Australia.
Trials were conducted in a brown-field trial in Masaka district (Central Uganda) and we registered a breakthrough on three fronts i.e. higher yield per acre, uniformity/purity of grain and a very high extraction yield. This success was scaled and shared with different sorghum farmers in the country and this was our first step towards solving the problem of poor yield in sorghum production in Uganda.
In 2022, Agro Dynamics Limited merged with Zasco BV, a Dutch company with over 30 years of experience in agriculture. The partnership has allowed Agro Dynamics Limited to expand/scale up its services while continuing to prioritize quality, reliability, and sustainability. As a result of this merger, Agro Dynamics Limited now has access to a large fertilizer manufacturing plant headquartered in Alexandria, Egypt which produces advanced specialty fertilizers in powder, granular and gel forms, a fertilizer granulating plant has also been set up. These fertilizers are currently being used in Uganda in the districts of Amuru, Nwoya, Lira, Gulu and Bukedea to mention but a few which has helped solidify our reputation as an industry leader.
